Almond drink – do-it-yourself

Ingredients for approximately 1 litre

For the almond drink

  • 200 g almonds, peeled – overnight in water to soften
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 Ltr. Water
  • 1 Pinch Of Crystal Salt

In addition,

  • 1 nut bag (or 1 passier cloth)

Preparation

Preparation time about 5 minutes

The almonds on a sieve to drain, in a high-performance blender along with the remaining ingredients for 2 to 3 Min. mix.

Then about a tank through a nut milk bag (or passier cloth) presses and the liquid in a closable bottle.

The almond drink is chilled, about 3 days.

Tip: The almond pulp can be for cereals or biscuits.
