It’s been a while since keto queen Jenna Jameson shared her daily meal plan on Instagram. But yesterday, Jenna—who lost about 80 pounds on the keto diet since starting it in April 2018—posted a ton of her own original keto recipes.
Here’s exactly what Jenna eats on the diet: “Two cups of coffee with stevia and sugar-free creamer,” she wrote. “Then I wait until I get hungry.” (FYI: Jenna fasts from 6 p.m. to 11 a.m. the following day.)

Here’s an updated “What I eat in a day” Two cups of coffee with stevia and sugar free creamer. Then I wait until I get hungry. My favorite go to when I am breaking my nightly fast is my Bomblette (recipe in my highlights) with a huge ice water. I then put my daughter to nap and work on my poshmark (link in bio) When she wakes up I immediately put rice or pasta to boil for her and lately I have been loving making a tender white fish baked in the oven in butter with garlic (see my salmon recipe in my highlights) I pair that with a arugula salad with olive oil and a touch of vinegar or my savage cabbage (recipe in my highlights). For my last meal before my fast I am loving my “Beastie Bolognese” (see my highlights) I eat it like chili!!!! Then my intermittent fasting begins around 6 pm. During my fast I allow myself “nana” which is a Moroccan mint tea. (Fresh mint leaves and hot water. Then I go to bed! Hope this helps you guys! Remember also I am in maintenance mode now so I have upped my calories. Adjust your portions if in weight loss mode! FYI I fast from 6pm-11am every night (I tru to) #beforeandafter #beforeandafterweightloss #intermittentfasting #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #keto #postpartumweightloss #ketotransformation #ketomenu #whatieatinaday

According to Jenna, her first meal of the day is her a “bomblette”—her own recipe that is basically a keto omelette, she says.
In an Instagram Story dedicated to the recipe, Jenna melts a layer of shredded cheese in a nonstick skillet and cracks two eggs on top. Jenna sprinkles the eggs and cheese with dried chives, then waits until the eggs are cooked through and folds it like an omelette. (She also adds half an avocado on the side, along with a “huge ice water.”)
For lunch, Jenna opts for “a tender white fish baked in the oven with butter and garlic” (she directs readers to her salmon recipe in her Instagram Stories), paired with an “arugula salad with olive oil and a touch of vinegar.”
When she’s not in the mood for arugula, Jenna pairs her fish with her “savage cabbage”—a recipe that basically consists of roasting huge slices of cabbage dressed with olive oil, pink Himalayan sea salt, and paprika “until crispy.”
For her last meal of the day, Jenna says she’s currently loving her “beastie bolognese.” The meal, which Jenna says she “eats like chili,” features garlic, white onion, tomato sauce (Jenna uses the brand, Simple Truth Organic, which only has three grams of carbs), kosher ground beef, garlic salt, beef flavoring, parsley, and oregano. (Whew—go ahead and check out her Instagam Story dedicated to that recipe, too).
Jenna says she allows herself a “nana” during her fast: Moroccan mint tea made with fresh mint leaves and hot water.
Basically, it seems like Jenna is a food blogger now—and I am here for it.
