How to live longer – the cheap breakfast ‘wonderfood’ to prevent an early death

The key to living longer could be to eat a healthy, balanced diet – including at least five portions of fruit and vegetables every day – as well as regular exercise. But you could also boost your life expectancy by regularly eating yoghurt, it’s been claimed.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including a well-rounded diet is crucial to prolonging your lifespan.

You could also boost your lifespan by doing regular exercise. It’s the “miracle cure” we’ve all been waiting for, according to the NHS.

Making some small diet or lifestyle changes could help to increase your life expectancy and avoid an early death.

One of the best ways to increase your life expectancy, as well as to help you lose weight, is to start eating more yoghurt, it’s been claimed.

Yoghurt has protective powers that could lower your chances of an early death, according to dietitian Juliette Kellow and nutritionist Dr Sarah Brewer.

They contain gut-friendly probiotics, as well as calcium, phosphorus and protein.

Eating more yoghurt could, therefore, lower your blood pressure, strengthen bones, and even cut your chances of diabetes, they said.

Everyone should consider eating at least one small pot of yoghurt, claimed the nutritionists.
