Lisa Riley has shed an impressive 12st in recent years.

And following the Emmerdale actress’ dramatic transformation, fans have been begging to hear some of her weight loss tips.

Thankfully, the Loose Women star provides plenty of advice on her social media.

She’s revealed her favourite HIIT moves, recipes and diet hacks in recent months.

And now, Lisa has given fans an insight into one of her most-loved exercise classes.

In a recent tweet, Lisa revealed she’d just come back from a BodyAttack class.

The aerobics program, created by Les Mills, aims to develop cardiovascular fitness in 30, 45 or 55 minute sessions.

It incorporates athletic moves including running, lunging and jumping.

It also utilises strength exercises including push-ups and squats.

According to the Les Mills website: “BodyAttack is a whole body workout that burns calories while toning and shaping.

“You’ll build stamina and our sports-inspired moves will improve your coordination and agility.

“Get quicker off the mark in everything you do.”

In a 55 minute session, gym bunnies can burn up to 730 calories.

When Lisa isn’t working up a sweat at BodyAttack classes, she keeps her exercise regime varied with some cardio.

The Loose Women regular previously revealed her love for Zumba and yoga.

She has also shed the pounds by going on long walks.

Working out isn’t the only way the telly star has slimmed down.

The fitness guru has also tweaked her diet habits.

Previously, the Loose Women star revealed she’d ditched booze in the hope of shedding pounds.

At her 40th birthday party, she even stuck to this vow by swapping champagne for fizzy water.

Following the celebration, she told the Mirror: “Now I don’t think I’ll ever drink again. I say never, but at the moment I don’t think I will.”
