Beauty Executive Moves: Smashbox and Glamglow Under New Leadership

As the beauty industry evolves, several new executives have been appointed, including new heads at Smashbox and Glamglow, and PCA Skin.
Sejal Shah Miller Joins Smashbox
Sejal Shah Miller has joined Smashbox from Mattel, where she oversaw the games like Polly Pocket, Uno and Scrabble.
At Smashbox, Miller is tasked with driving global expansion for the makeup brand, which has struggled in recent quarters. She will be in charge of reinforcing the company's studio-born DNA and accelerating product innovation and commercial opportunities.
At Mattel, Miller was senior vice president and global general manager. Before her time in the Girls and Games division, she led global and U.S. marketing for Barbie, helping to turn around the franchise. Before Mattel, Miller was with L'Oréal Luxe.
Miller succeeds Beth DiNardo, who is retiring from her position as global brand president for Smashbox and Glamglow. She reports to John Demsey, executive group president for the Estée Lauder Cos. Inc.
 
Arnaud Goullin Joins Glamglow
Arnaud Goullin has joined Glamglow as senior vice president and global general manager.
In his new role, Goullin will be in charge of developing and executing brand strategy and growing Glamglow's global footprint. Shannon Dellimore, Glamglow cofounder and creative director, will remain on board.
Goullin succeeds Paula Pontes, who is stepping down from her job as senior vice president and global general manager for the brand. Goullin also reports to Demsey.
Prior to Glamglow, Goullin led Clinique's international business, and also oversaw retail and education for the brand. Before that, he was vice president and general manager for Asia-Pacific and Latin America for MAC, where he led distribution and marketing strategies. Before joining Lauder, Goullin worked for Shiseido.
Senté Appoints New CMO
Skin-care business Senté has appointed Adelle Walker as chief marketing officer.
There, she will oversee the company's pipeline strategy, as well as portfolio planning, communications, marketing, professional relations and education. Senté makes a line of antiaging skin treatment products, including Dermal Contour Pressed Serum, that are sold in the professional channel.
Before joining Senté, Walker help marketing positions at Allergan and Allergan-owned SkinMedica.
PCA Skin Hires Joanna Zucker as CEO
PCA Skin, the Colgate-owned professional skin-care brand, has tapped Joanna Zucker as chief executive officer.
In her new role, Zucker will oversee business strategy and execution, and focused on products sold through the professional channel.
Zucker has served in senior management and marketing roles at PetSmart and Procter & Gamble, including nine years in the beauty segment.
At PCA, she will be based in the company's Scottsdale, Ariz., headquarters. She follows Michael Larrain, who led the company through the Colgate acquisition in 2017.
Magalie Parksuwan Joins Tom Ford Beauty
Magalie Parksuwan has joined Tom Ford Beauty as senior vice president of global marketing.
In the newly created role, Parksuwan oversees all of global marketing for the Lauder-owned brand. She joined the business from Nars, where she was most recently senior vice president of global marketing. There, she helped launch the brand in China by launching digital marketing strategies.
Before Nars, Parksuwan worked in fragrance at Narciso Rodriguez and Issey Miyake, and in skin care at Fresh.
